Do any members here know of decent GC's in West Paln Beach, FL? 

Also, the immediately west suburbs like Forest Park, Cicero, and Berwyn. 

@Osvaldo Cruz still more specific, if in Central Texas, I'd probably go with earth tones or a light tan, if in West Texas Probably Earth tones like the rest of the SW, You could also go with grey colors in most areas as well.

Seems like the tenant being honest and upfront about it is a pretty good 1st step to actually trust the guy....West coast seems to be much more tolerable of the smokey smoke, but as mentioned, could cause issues if there's lot of traffic in and out of the home or bothering neighbors.

@AP Horvath everything comes down to what is your end goal u cant just start driving your car west when your end goal is NYC .
