when I try to narrow the results by my city or state it will return zero results, but I know there are posts for my city/state because I can find them if I pick through the posts manually.

I know there is an issue with the appraisal due to same appraiser, but the lender/loan processor picked both companies and I had to pay for both appraisals one for $700 and the other for $485.
