is there any air getting in the attic?

Do I wait to list for early spring?  

I currently have a rather strong pipeline (10-20 listings) that are off market and won't hit mls until the spring.10 plex in south St.

Then add a clause in your lease to include the instructions on how to test the units and to test them in spring and fall.  

While I am grateful for what I made it through this year, life really has knocked the air out of me a little if I am honest. 

I am looking in the Lee's Summit, Blue Springs, Raymore, Belton, Grain Valley and possibly Raytown area. 

Typically in our area there is gas forced air and water baseboard heat.

Starting in the spring (after site development is done), we plan on building the houses in bundles of 6, with hopes to complete 18 per year. 

The system has to heat the whole building and even if you to 'isolate' the non-occupied units, the heat will still migrate there via air flow or simple conduction.
