@Rich Zellmer, it might not be ideal but using one of the landlord softwares with free ACH might be your best bet if you're looking for cheap transactions. 

We currently only have 14 units so we don’t want to spend a tone of money on software yet but I know some people might think it’s worth it to start with the best software now to support you as you grow?

 Unfortunately I think the biggest change will be for the third-party software vendors such as PMS like Ownerrez, Smartbnb, Ect.

There seems to be many different options available whether it's a diy software or a service.
