The main thing I want to highlight, is that if you want to start and build your career in the RED business, you have to build your base of strategic knowledge and your identity in the RED business.

You typically can get a whole house painted for around $3k give or take per the square footage.

Hey Steffen, if you are thinking about rehabbing the property I would also suggest going on your local mls (if you have access) and do some digging about how much other flippers spent on a square foot basis to determine the amount you should spend for your area.

This way, I can assess the cost based on the price per square feet and then use these calculations going forward. 

Also should I note to them that the actual square footage is less than advertised or would that not matter?
