I just saw this sign while I was shopping in a nice retail area in Burbank, CA last month and couldn't help but take a picture and post it here.

The area has what could be a very cool shopping business district and it would be wise to invite some creative minded entrepreneurs to begin their business in the area with some sort of grants.

So you're saying it's held online and not at the courthouse?

The area is ok, not trump towers but its not slum village either, close to highway, shop, downtown and even a mall.

So do I put the restart date on line 19h or just add the value to the others on line 17?

Yesterday the Yavapai county online tax lien auction ended.

The online county document database is not up to date with the current month's foreclosures so I don't think that is an option.

Reading through, I don't understand why ANYONE would NOT shop around as apposed to just going to their original banks.

When I went online to find sample offer contract forms, one included a clause that the seller must provide proof of marketable title.

I can't see where there would be any leverage if I'm buying properties for what it is worth under these guidlines unless I was buying for shop talk.
