I don't know that I can turn four units with my guys for 15k per unit on the north side if you are doing everything (in unit laundry, dishwasher, new kitchens and baths, paint, floors, trim package).

I just threw something out there and subtracted $10K although I have no idea how much an inground pool would affect the price in Western PA where you get about 4 months a year to use it.

Its fragmented, wish BV/Salida was in CREN also as it would be easier ( as Durango and GJ helps cover the majority of the rural western slope.I would love to hear about your project.

The village is south of Jaco, and north of Dominical.  

To grossly oversimplify, the city does not permit STRs north of highway 98 (there are exceptions to this), and they limit the occupancy to be 2 per Bedroom Plus 4 (i.e. my 5 bedroom in Destin can sleep 14 ppl).
