Thanks for that information - I gave them a call and that is in fact correct - if you have a VRBO listing you can invite anyone, on any platform, to sign up for the insurance, and if you don't have a VRBO listing there's still another way to do it that's a little more involved.

If you're not getting booked on those platforms you either have no demand in your area or you're priced too high.

I think it will be very tough to get similar traffic flow, filter dozens of listings, and have the comfort of the terms (more favorable towards guests) without that centralized platform. 

Stephen I've interviewed hundreds of investors who have used Fundrise and other platforms.

The California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation took possession of SVB and appointed the FDIC as receiver, citing inadequate liquidity and insolvency.The other thing that was unique to them, and I haven't seen a good summary of it, was that they offered unique lending and/or platforms to IPO's which is why they sucked in all of those investments.

This platform has numerous resources to offer so I definitely recommend taking advantage of it all. 

Most of these metrics can be sourced online from business journal platforms.
