which is also considered D area. so with that said I'd consider "d" areas after some extensive research and in the specific areas. someone above recommended Cleveland I'm currently starting some research in suburbs of parma, Cleveland heights, and the lakes area.. there lots of duplexes and tri under 100k and a few 4plex under 150 with plenty of investors giving the green light on the areas. definitely going to research hard before making any moves anywhere. as far as using the cash for marketing.

Does anyone have suggestions for mountain communities in Northern California between Latitude of Sacramento and as far south as Fresno where I could achieve the following with a primarily VRBO investment but occasional personal use:• Near ski resort (not necessarily prime Tahoe but smaller like Bear Valley would do)• Purchase price at or below $250k• Monthly short term income of at least $1500 typical• condo or cabin bit cabin preferredSome areas I’m familiar with are Tahoe/Truckee (typically too expensive), Arnold, and Lake Huntington.

Transfer to a revocable living trust for estate planning purposes does not trigger the due on sale clause.That's not the same thing as a land trust.Once you change the beneficiary of the trust, you've triggered the due on sale clause.
