Don't use credit cards, pay down High interest loans, don't buy Starbucks coffee because you can make your own cheaper, and the list goes on. 

What I have done is in the past is actually private message local members talk with them and then meet for coffee and learn what they do how they can help and what ideas they have!

Literally spent $500 on a weekend flight & accommodations just to get a free coffee from his office vending machine.More recently had another realtor who sent me one house to look at back in February, I bid 15% over the asking price (yes, in cash), and while we still didn't get it, this realtor has still not sent me another listing to this day.
