Mixed use, commercial, college town student housing, etc?

I heard about "Is this a good time" opener for the first time shortly after graduating from college.

I wonder does this work for international  cell phones as well.

I have done my fair share of research including reading as many books as I can get my hands on, listening to podcasts, and have even taken a couple of investing classes at the local college.  

I am currently in college and stumbled upon this forum by searching around the Internet.

I am a 19 year old college student ready invest money in the real-estate market.

I used to have to clean up the pool at my parents house every summer when I returned from college.

Reminds me of old class discussions in college.

If not, how have your experiences been renting to college students/young professionals in general?
