@Samuel LiapisKeep in mind, before Covid-19 institutional lenders were going bonkers funding 90% of purchase + 100% rehab and such.As soon as the stock market took a dump and people started getting laid off these lenders shut their doors pretty quickly and are just now starting to get back into it.

@Edward GroganIf you have custodial SDIRA - your IRA account must be held by this custodian.If you are referring to Checkbook IRA (or IRA owned LLC it is often referred to) then you can open an account for the LLC that your IRA owns at any bank or financial institution.
