I have been scouring the web for reviews, recommendations, and tips for couches for STR's but I seem to be struggling.

But I do believe that being honest, genuine, and personal will get you better responses than the flashy big business ads and hiding behind a web add or google voice number.

I do not have a web site of my own yet.  

By the way, you can't really search title through the assessor's web site, that's not what its for.

in response to queries re aimloam.com, i would rate them as the best financing co i have come across - i encountered the typicaly things like lots of docs reqd, at times i wanted faster respone etc.. but overall interest rates are the best i have encounted and i still have three mortgages through them, they are a direct lender, everying done electonically thru web and email plus they have agents you can talk to over phone

Search for "We Buy Homes" same with newspapers and search those we buy home ads.To a search on the web for those as well.
