The funny thing is that its not even on my CR anymore because I fought it and had it removed so ill just have to keep on fighting the fight!!

I've made relatively good money since college so spending a lump sum is a big decision not to be taken lightly or ill advised, and I don't want to be told what to do, just maybe gain some perspective on how others went about it so I appreciate you guys sharing.

The issue is that we have 2 rent-controlled tenants in the building. 1) One tenant is over 60 and has lived in the unit for more than 10 years. 2) Tenant 2 claims to be catastrophically ill and has lived in the unit for > 5 years. 

Cancellations happen all of the time for a lot of really good, valid reasons: Death in the family, illness, job loss, pandemic, earthquake, flood, tornado, hurricane, and many more.

I'm not pro-drug, I don't condone illegal drug usage but I do recognize the abuse as an illness.

@Mitchell T.Thanks man, its tough, not gonna lie, Ive lost a few bids to the suitcase of cash scenario but Ill keep at it.

I`ll talk to TD bank who I financed a ministorage loan with and see if they would give me a long term loan and use the short term rental income to qualify.

Ill PM you the name and number of a few bankers that I know lend in this space.

ill send him one of mine i have with state farm and see what comes back. seems strange.

Ill contact more HMLs and lenders until I get it.
