Normally, online advertising has been all we needed to get the word out (to non-seniors) but I'm getting a lower than normal volume of calls. 

At the end of the day, it's all a numbers game.

I use Roof which I'm super happy with—pay rent online, message your tenants through it, really good mobile app too. 

I'm not opposed to paying for coaching or mentoring, but I think you do that to up your game, not get it started.

@Amy RanaeI'd start with calling bandit signs on the side of the road ("We Buy Houses Cash...")Also, do some online searches of "Sell Minneapolis House Cash", or "Sell Maple Grove House Cash" for a few cities.

You can find the requirements online but it's a pretty high amount of volume to do in two years, especially if you're just starting out.

I want to progress and learn the game of real estate and entrepreneurship and am willing to do whatever it takes.
