The only way to maximize the value of what you've already spent is to use it up yourself.

Figured I'd update this post since it's official that Nevada will be the location for the gigafactory.  

I wouldn't recommend him for anything investment-related or commercial, but if it's just a HELOC on your primary, he'll do an excellent job.Just don't go to Lending Tree or any of that nonsense. 

And what company/bank do you think gives the best opportunity/deal all things considered?

Do you mainly do business in Chicago then?

I know for most this isn't practical, but for the one's that can do it-- do it.

It's a scummy thing to be doing and I personally couldn't do it and sleep well at night.
