One local department has put a hold on new permits that don’t pertain to fire, life or safety.

Consider other options in your weekly monthly budget...do you have other options to cut back and save more money or pay more toward you truck loan?  

Grass cutting, tree trimming, building maintenance are each a business expenses and lower my tax burden.

Apparently they all cut off outside vendors like her company and are just making due with in-house personnel for now.

I figure that it is prudent to stay in touch BEFORE things go plop - like applying for unemployment benefits immediately and cutting back to basic cable.

I've heard from multiple sources that banks did cut-off access to helocs during the 2008 recession.
