I have invested in equity deals offered by some of their competitors so this is not a comment about RS specifically; make sure you do your own diligence before you invest, period.

Schedule in advance what you can do and spend only 30 minutes a day on social media, responding to comments and prospects.

I have personally used a HELICOPTER from my personal residence multiple times so my comments do come from experience.

I can not really comment on the Manchester area, as it has not been a focus for me.  

I own one not far from yours on Anderson and my house was shot up  last year because my sweet tenant was interviewed in the news and made kind comments about the young teen boy who was shot and killed on the street.
