I preferred white cabinets, but that would have cost me $1000 extra.

If the microwave isn't built into the cabinets that isn't something I would look into providing  as its just 1 more expense and thing I'll probably have to clean when they move out. 

We were able to repurpose some solid oak cabinets from a remodel job from our other company and reuse a bathroom vanity from that job as well.

Can you  imagine how many more deals we could do.Home Depot kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets, backsplash, and a slight staging to that house that flows from the entry to the back door. 

Its a 3/2 on almost five acres, listed at $325, needs drywall, flooring and kitchen cabinets, master bath completion, and some very light landscaping.  

Do the kitchen cabinets look like they're made out of cardboard or are the cabinets custom made and solid wood? 

For instance if the unit has old cabinets, can you refinish them or change out the faces instead of replacing?

We had been looking for homes and nothing felt quite right until we walked into this house covered in cat hair with purple and pink kitchen cabinets, bright green receptacle covers, etc.

That's ridiculous.To avoid using the actual property addresses:For the brick house, if all the work was done correctly, and the house was fully updated, (including everything like kitchen cabinets) It'd probably be worth the price you have above.
