My wife and I live in the Boston area.

Louis, Boston, Omaha, Northern California, etc.. 

There is the lowest unemployment in the state, good wages, lots of jobs in transportation, 2 Amazon facilities, Overstock, Whirlpool, Hershey Park, and the largest growth in the state with a stable economy, not subject to market fluctuations.

I say had because this friend was traveling from Boston back to Springfield Mass and the trip is only about 140 miles, but he called his wife and told her he was tired and felt like it would be safer to stop at a motel for the night.

Worcester, Somerville, South Boston, Rhode Island (downtown areas) all have plenty of these types.

It seems like there is not much info on the BP forums for mid term rentals in the Boston area.

I figured another $10,000 for transporting it and utility hookup which I feel is more than enough.

I'm an investor from Boston and I've been having trouble finding deals for fix and flips.
