While @Lane Kawaoka is right, it's important to remember that many who invest in 401Ks do so because the Defined Benefit plans that many of our parents were able to rely on in their retirement years are all but gone and we are having to rely on ourselves and own savings and investing efforts for funding our life in retirement.

There are definately banks who offer a loan for you but you may have to call several banks....like 200 lenders....to find it.

Hello BP Community:After months of reading and reviewing the BP forums, I'm still struggling to define my niche.

When that happens certain items that are hard to determine can be deemed unenforceable in a court of law.I pay a premium upfront for contracts so that I have protections in the future and clearly defined terms with the tenants that are legal and enforceable.

It's a silly answer, but at the end of the day you define your own criteria. 

I am getting a bit rambly, but what I mean to say is that you should only invest where you feel comfortable and maybe one Street doesn’t define the neighbourhood. 

Start by clearly defining that and you'll quickly narrow down your choices.
