I purchased the PA Landlord form from BP as we are getting ready to rent our first duplex.

My girlfriend and I have decided that we want to buy our first home this summer, and we are looking to get a multifamily and live in one of the units. 

We are interested in multi-family buy and hold investing to start.

I did some research on mortgage fraud, it's a serious crime, it could land me in jail for a long time because we are dealing with a large sum of money. 

Matthew Dunn we are on a interest only 6 month loan at 6%.

I have done good at South Atlantic bank.. although to my knowledge I am there only out of area borrower..Most of these banks will only lend to you if you live there or at least have a second home there.it took me 3 years and many turn downs to get to them. but now we are on project 7 or 8 in the last 18 months and I find our personal banker there to be very helpful and of course the essance of a Southern Gentlemen.

We are not completely debt free, but will be by the end of the year... 

How early that will end up being is still vague, we are only a few months into this. 

We are the only state that has a Napoleonic Code. 

We are just practicing but if someone is interested this doesn't look like a bad deal.
