I've taken quite a few classes on corporations and business law, so I have a pretty solid foundation on the subject, but I wouldn't dare write and file my own articles of incorporation prior to, at the very least, running it by an experienced business lawyer who specializes in that sort of thing.

I came across an article about real estate bird dog, it sounds like wholesaling, but as I read more it also sounds illegal, can someone advise me on this.
