Try to keep cool/neat/unique things in the park that millennial's would like, for example, maintained playground for kids, muscle beach style outdoor workout area for adults, a neat trail system inside the park itself for dog walkers, a community BBQ area, etc...

Once you get the name then skip trace the info you find or google search the info send a letter to their new address or call/text and email.Then get them to agree to a short sale or cash offer Reach out to an investor-friendly Real estate agent, That can get the deal from the bank and you work out a short sale up to the date of the auction.
