I am still staying at home, my girlfriend has one more year of law school and then we will stay with my parents for one year before looking to buy our primary home with joint income.

The current leverage my family has is their home equity, but I honestly plan to invest within the next year due to capital shortage.

I am pursuing a few larger companies myself as I am building 3 different ADU projects this year, but I haven't really gotten started enough with any of them in order to give positive/negative feedback.Do you have financing already setup for your project?

I am currently a 21 year old college student looking to house hack in order to save money on living expenses.

I have had multiple tenants who have stayed 30 years+  I have a 24 year tenant who just signed a new extension. 

I don't know all of the ins and outs, but I can tell you that twice now (in the past 10 years)  I have paid all of my debts, only to have my score drop drastically.Last time it dropped from 740 to 620 in about a month.

We have been your average corp job employees for the past 15+ years (maxing out 401K, emergency fund savings, etc.). 

Some DSCR loans have up to 5 year pre-payment penalties.

I have been a long-term buy, renovate and hold investor for the last 4.5 years in Minneapolis area.
