It's a major win-win in my opinion.Lastly, if you had 3 subject to's called for no reason whatsoever then I wonder what the rest of the story is and the details surrounding that because you are the first document-able person I've ever heard of who has had it happen.  

If so I was wondering if it is a good choice or if I need to try to get my money back.

Our goal is to have our first multi family investment property within the next year, and my aggressive deadline is in the next 6 months (Have some saving to do).Overall, I am grateful for this community existing and for the wonderful resources provided by both BP and its members.

Just wondering what that type/style of drywall is called.

At first we were thinking this would be our side hustle, but now are wondering if this could be a full time gig, if not for both of us, at least my wife. 4 month goal is to close on a 2nd property, 2019 goal is to BRRR or flip another property.
