It doesn't matter what seems high or not, each property on Hubzu is differently and they have been requested more in deposits and in a credit card hold to bid to prevent fraud.Hubzu is fine, but the bidding is like eBay.

Make a list and pros and cons and talk to agents in the area and interview brokers and ask them each point as it pertains to your needs.A big cost as a new agent is the MLS fees, realtor fees, E&O insurance, cards, flyers, website, marketing etc.
