Hello guys, Just a quick question, looking to see what more experienced opinions are on this...I'm doing all my research at the moment before stepping into real estate investing with a full time job (40-45 hours a week). 

I was just in Allentown last week looking at some properties. 

I have been crushing the podcast and audio books for the past week now, and feel excited to move into the forums!

I'm attending the REI meet up this week so hoping to network and build relationships with other folks out there looking for deals in this market.

Never hire a pm again they took entire first months rent, charged me 10% monthly then let tenants move in 2 weeks early without my approval..

He finally convinced me to check out BP last week and I have pretty much been obsessed.

He will eventually get burned out and that is when you take advantage of his weekness and suggest you move to buy and hold.

I get a letter about once or twice a week.

My advice is to team up with a top producer or at least someone who is doing better than you and ask to shadow them for a week or ask if they will mentor you.

Or was it priced high but that happened to be the week Mommy and Daddy were in town because Junior was having problems with pot-smoking roommates and they wanted him to move out ... anywhere?
