I do commercial property management and 100% of my sites are long distance, sometimes in small towns where it’s tough to get word of mouth recommendations.

We are on-site at our property 10 hours a day and we still don't get to everything in 48 hours (excepting of course emergency repairs).

I haven't tried kitt.io personally but it appears to provide the service you need.

I was reading the report from Landsec (https://landsec.com/sites/default/files/2018-06/Landsec_AR2018_web_ready_final.pdf) and I am trying to understand why they incurred so much expense.

He makes good $, it just appears as if “something” always comes up... my question is.. if he doesn’t come up with all the money, do I just file for possession and be done with him or give him one more chance?
