That's what happened, weather you understand that or not. 

You can have beautiful weather all year round, no stress, no traffic jams.

Depending on the city, the location, the weather, the time of year, how damaged the property is, how many issues with title you have, it all varies.

If you can't weather the raise in rates, you probably can't handle the first thing in the home that breaks, like an appliance or sewer pipe or roof.

Now growth tends to be in areas that is aesthetically pleasing such as Colorado, or the coastlines, as well as areas where the weather is warm thanks to the invention of air conditioning. 

It also causes the "system" to heal in a way that resists another crash.

@Jim Piety also to add, I cant seem to understand why you would not of asked weather its municipal sewer or septic, these are very important questions to be asking when u purchase a property.

But it so reminded me of were I lived in the Napa valley.. with the wine the golf  Plus a great big lake I could not resist And skiing 45 minutes away.. 

As soon as the weather turned cold I started hearing them in the walls and one of the tenants saw a huge rat in the middle of her living room.
