When I was a new, I really appreciated someone else taking care of organizing escrow, etc.

I started coming a few years ago when I made a conscious effort to became really active in real estate and ended up volunteering at the club, then sticking around to help run it. 

None of them want you to spend time on a Daily basis to organize things about the case.

I'm looking for a good networking group in the Denver area and I came across a group called IRROC and wanted to know if anyone has experience in this organization.

Most recently working as a volunteer in the Boomgaard, a social services organisation for elderly people.

I just graduated High School in June and I am currently taking a gap year to travel the world with a community service, leadership and preforming arts organization called Up with People.

You seem like a thoughtful, organized person so I'm sure that with persistence, you will see success.  

You will want to have a personal/business financial statement, 2 to 3 years of tax returns, and your LLC's articles of organization documents pulled together (almost all lenders will ask for these items).  

I have also had buyers and tenants and finance customers whose scores were in the high 500s and whose family income was around $30,000 per year, and a few whose income was under $20,000.Given that the finance organizations I owned have made over 2 billion dollars in loans to people to buy homes, I would agree that we were always dealing with late payments and repossessions, but it was a very small percentage of the borrowers who ended up losing or abandoning a home.If an operator is having all of the problems you listed, it is their own fault and often because they have little or no idea what they are doing.
