So I’ve been going through tons of forums and articles and tons of YouTube videos from BiggerPockets members and investors but I’d like to see if anyone local can help me with some good first steps toward becoming a successful rental owner, alongside doing fix and flips and possibly fix and holds.Due to some setback about a year and a half ago my wife and I were tossed into a rat race of bad credit and constant phone calls to pay bills without any idea how to pay them.

But I’ve been elbows deep in all the BiggerPockets forums, videos and books that I’ve been able to get my hands on.

Hello everyone, Im Francisco Jasso a 21 year old guy with 20K in the bank just sitting and I’ve been reading up/ watching videos on house flipping and it interests me a lot but don’t feel confident enough to try to go through a deal by myself, I was thinking it would be an amazing experience to partner up (Work under) with a local successful flipper on a project?

If Anyone Could Give Me Tips On Taking My 1st Steps To Get A Sell , I Already Been Learning The Basic Of It, Also Gaining Knowledge , And Looking At YouTube Videos All Day ....

I have one rental (SFH) already but the BP books/videos/podcasts have opened my eyes on how to do this in a much smarter way!

@Chris Battaglia - I would recommend the we close notes podcast, the good deeds note investing podcast, and note school for podcasts/youtube videos as well as the information that you can find on Bigger Pockets.
