Investing in a low-income high-crime neighborhood is out of my comfort zone, but being in the biggerpockets community, i gather the impression that a lot of good deals exist in C neighborhoods.That said, specifically, what do you guys think of the Cashmere Gardens area? 

I was under the impression that a property will not sell below the upset cost, however, I saw otherwise at the auction.How do I find out the judgement amount/the minimum amount the bank will accept prior to the auction ?

I get the impression that some folks on here actually buy stuff without looking at it in person (though I could be wrong).

Make sure you have budgeted for landscaping since that will be the first and last impression your buyers will come and go with as they drive to your house.

I agree, there are some out there that want everything free or pay for you to eat a $2 meal every meal, it sometimes gives me the bad impression.

This is an example of a shiny object of distraction, that is usually made impressive by some type of rationalization, like the naked equity in this case.
