I’ve got a general idea of my plan, which I’m drafting formally on my desktop.

In order to fast track my real estate investing, if the numbers make sense, toying with a househack brrrr idea.

Open to ideas!  

Is this a good idea for my first purchase??  

It’s not a bad idea to say “$100 per door” or whatever number, but at least in my market, you want to get your hands on as much as you can, that your able to manage and maintain cost effectively of course.

I think the idea of the 2nd bath is fantastic, even if its just a half bath.

But that same idea would yield considerably more if I applied it to the closest neighboring town where I was paying $2.25sf for restaurant space and residential rates are 63% higher.

It provides a credit number and a rating but not a lot of detail.I do like the idea of having tenants fill in their own information and pay the fee themselves.

Redoing the single bathroom of a residence with the tenant in place has never been a good idea for us or anyone we've ever known in the business.

I haven’t looked into virtual brokers yet, very interesting idea.
