Postage cost was $55.11 and production cost was $25.89.I've gotten a total of 7 phone calls and 3 web site responses, so I guess that puts my response rate at about 4%.

If you want to find a real banker you go to a local bank and find someone that has been doing it for 20 years that can actually make decisions about credit extensions.IMO one of the main reasons we have this repression right now is because of all of this compartmentalizing of stuff and incentivizing lenders to sell financial products instead of retaining them on their own books.

If you're as far as you say you are in the process (sales teams around the country, financial backing, etc) and yet you've come here to ask if there is a market for this product, I would venture to guess that you're going about this in a backwards fashion...As someone who spent 15 years managing some very large tech businesses, and as someone who currently invests in tech startups, I would be a bit turned off if there weren't a large stack of market research PRIOR TO kicking off a big development and sales effort.Just my $.02...

You didn't mention the loan product, but most people who call themselves mortage bankers write owner occupant loans, not loans for flips.
