I've since been reading more on the strategy and I'm looking forward to some deals now.

Items you should be asking yourself about this or any opportunity is:- Risk or Exposure - Exit strategy - Property specifics - Financing - ROI Evaluate worst-case scenario and determine if the property meets your needs or criteria.

If you were to buy and hold or implement the BRRRR strategy where would you go?

Any advice on this strategy?

The strategy I primarily use is the BRRRR strategy.  

In this case it sullies (in my opinion) their reputation, is a huge waste of time, and might implicitly validate a strategy that won't yield a positive result.  

Michael Plante That is an interesting strategy but unless you are already wealthy and have a lot of cash to invest that strategy is very limiting.

Why not combine both strategies?
