The trees were cut about 7 years ago for the lumber value.

Maybe build up front yard around tree with raised planter, and add some colorful shrubs.

It has a nice driveway, nice house placement, and plenty of trees.

Items like replacing all the water lines or sewer lines for older parks, resurfacing the roads, topping all the trees, are large expenses that can occur in the future and they should be budgeted for.
