I'm seeking an efficient way to take notes as I walk a property instead of writing it down and having messy paperwork.Something that would maybe have an easy way to put down comments on the foundation, roof, etc, with maybe an optional field to add repair cost estimate that it could add all together.

looking for contractors in central Oregon

The first remodels I was quite involved in myself and found some really good people for the different tasks: Mark Aschoff (Mark's Contracting LLC) does outstanding roofing work at a really good price, Alex Olmos did a great job with flooring and Fagen Tree and Chips were very nice people to work with for some branch/tree cleanups.

This is my type of talk, love buy & hold, this is a personal strategy of mine, it is not for everyone, I sell a lot but also hold a lot, what I have learned in my short time is that there is always rental demand, good times or bad everyone still needs a roof over them.
