No one's trying to steal anyone's equity, for cryin' out loud.

Really, investors need to get their head out of thinking of buying at a "discount" chances are you are not buying at any discount, you're paying close to what a property is worth at that point in time.....assuming you aren't talking to some granny without her being advised on a marketable property.....you can steal or cheat.

Times may be difficult, but to be accused of stealing without technically "being accused" has me over the top upset.

All-in-all, I have really enjoyed our building and adding to the civic pride, helping to preserve the community heritage and identity.

I could be wrong, but it looks like maybe the former owner or some worker did this on purpose, or by accident, because the two holes are almost identical in size, and the rest of the board looks fine.

When a tenant stiffs me for the rent, I consider that the same as someone STEALING FROM ME.

Two reasons for this, I don't want the insurance company to think it's vacant and charge me through the nose & don't want low-lifes thinking it's vacant to steal, destroy or party in.
