Hi, I’m just new to real estate and I’m just wondering where on the country it’s now best for house hacking or BRRR, I’m currently living in Union City NJ and to start on my journey seems a bit hard because there is so many sharks in a small tank (Hudson county) and I’m just tryin to look outside that box and see what opportunities are out there.Hope to connect here with some people and have good recommendations!

Be careful on boxing yourself in and limiting your options.

Spent a lot of time and money remodeling and furnishings, then no bookings because of Corona.

Yesterday I discovered someone had broken into my key lock box at my cabin.

Wiring and electrical boxes are updated.

We spent the last few years cohabiting with other people to save money so we are not interested in house hacking - that being said, if the numbers really makes sense to do this, then we would be open to looking into this again.

Don't think about the money you spent on a home inspection as throwing it away if you do not buy the property due to its condition or revealed findings from a home inspection.

The openers are $128 at box stores, I bought several on sale for $64 a piece.
