Both of which will cost a substantial amount of money - which funds, to my way of thinking, would be far better spent on installing high efficiency equipment which can be sidewall vented through PVC pipes - instead of on improving an obsolete chimney.If it were me I would hang a Navien condensing tankless boiler/water heater on the wall and use that for both purposes.

I think a small mom and pop brokerage would be more okay with you doing that, than a big box brokerage that has a lot more overhead expenses.

I would try to "shop local" as a regional bank or credit union is more likely to think out of the box than your big banks will.

I've seen a lot of places being over-built lately.For blinds, it gets pretty hard to beat the box stores at price if you have a window that is a "normal" size.
