Quick question…I found a fsbo property posted on a fsbo website & on Zillow…I made an offer to the owner for less than the asking price & he accepted.

Rehaan - Your question is dependent on several factors, all of which are very important to consider when selecting a property you wish to flip. 

One question I like to ask when I interview PMs is asking for their current occupancy rate, which I think is a key metric.
