When we have the next correction you will see a lot of buildings going back to the bank and forced exits from owners/management companies that do not know how to operate in a slow market.

The most knowledgeable response would be from an attorney familiar with the rental laws in your area.Our lease agreement basically indicates conditions for immediate lease termination (immediate is within the law).
