I make in the six figures right now, but taxes have always been an issue when it comes to borrowing.

I have explored the concept with my lender of the $10,000 being disbursed to an escrow account at closing for post-closing repairs but they have indicated that this will lead to the Lender needing to do further diligence on the repairs, perform inspections, etc. all of which will kill the deal for me, because I need to close in the next week.

A previous tenant reported the property to the local government about six months ago for possible lead paint.

I do not work right now and spend about 12 hours a day, 7 days per week, on learning about real estate investing with a current dream of being able to walk again someday, work,  and to contribute to my family again.I do not know why this happened but I will continue on. 

Once this happens there will be two Sheriff sales within two weeks of each other that will take place prior to the plaintiff receiving the deed.

I'm buying a house in Winston-Salem this week and hoping to find a closing attorney that can handle the closing before June 29. 

New tenant moved in.Two weeks later, old tenant showed up, wanted their belongings, and had to pay up front for the rental of the POD and the cost of moving their property out of the house. 

Not much luck on the MLS...Anyway, I was at a BBQ last week and met a real estate investor from Louisiana and he said to try calling around to local banks and getting on a distribution list for their REO properties.  

Currently, I'm doing freelance work and some odd jobs since I've been back in the states for about 3 weeks. 

At this point, I'm almost $9000 in CAPX in less than a week.
