Recently on Fivver I have been shocked and hopefully amazed at the range of services that will actually help grow my business very quickly with the if I handle the  project management focus.  

From what I understand, the clients are paying them for a service and not an actual "tenancy".

One place even allowed you to book by the MINUTE (for instance, a $30 service charge, plus $0.16 cents a minute) with a $70 minimum (meaning you would have to book AT LEAST four hours.)A further example: One hotel allows you to book a room from 2pm-8pm for $100.

Then I start to think what if I call up other wholesalers and offer my services.

We as a community tend to let things go because it "isn't worth the hassle" but this attitude is often responsible for the continuation of this kind of behavior and you would be providing a valuable community service. 

There are numerous national QI services and that is all they do and our fees typically cluster in a small range. 

I have had nothing but problems with applicants trying to apply and get screened.I don't particularly care about the auction aspect but it would be nice to have a modern website for applications to submit documentation and tenants to pay rent and sign leases.Anyone happen to know of any service like that?

Among many other issues, we found that instead of paying for a trash pickup service, the tenants had been storing all their trash in the barn on the same property.

Then there is the costs involved with getting it set on a foundation on a lot and hooked up to services.
