Honestly a 3-2-1 payoff  isn’t awful but they are often 5-4-3-2-1 (the numbers are points or percentage of the loan amount your pre pay if you refi or sell the property early, each year that gets less until it goes away) I’d look to see what your pre payment penalty is.
