I often clean nose smudges off the windows, sweep the floor, clean up the yard and stuff like that just to be nice and build good customer relations.  

I have a team in place to take care of snow and yards along with management.  

I would recommend at least a quick pass at marketing yourself if no more than a FSBO sign in the yard for a week.  

I’ve had my share of financial difficulties in the past and was able to salvage my self-respect and dignity even though it was hard at the time and I wasn’t sure how things would work out.

Also, all of the other neighbors on the block have a 4-5 car indoor garage (separate units like a storage unit) that is tucked away on the back of the yard in front of the alley.  

Invest where you can afford to invest, it does not necessarily need to be in your back yard.  

I just put my sign in the front yard and within a couple of days I had 5 or so great suspects to rent my property. 

Would an appraiser negatively adjust the value of a property if one can see a cementary when standing in the front yard?

@Anna Shaver I own one property that I rent out rooms in and pick up leaves mow yard etc.Right now considering if I really want to take on a 2nd.
