The quality of listings data varies by area in PropertyRadar - as such we'd recommend testing it against your local MLS - or a public site with IDX data like Redfin or Realtor.com before making a decision on whether or not to solely rely on it in a specific area . 

In fact 1 student took the first test, received the results and walked out never coming back.
