I've learned that our government actually rewards those who employ others as opposed to being an employee yourself.

It rewards bad behavior and makes you look weak, which typically results in the Tenants abusing you a little more on the way out the door.

REO/Bank auctions are high risk/high reward opportunities, a little too high risk for me personally. 

The only part he had to play was my boots on the ground by management contract, but he acted like he was as much entitled to reward from eviction as I was.    

Always balance your risk and reward.

You have to weigh the risks and rewards from titling the property into an LLC when you have personal financing on it. 

It is risky and you really need to know what your doing but the rewards can be significant.

They want to see how much they can make and how hard to make it just like an investor analyzes the risk/reward of buying a property.Being states away is tough as the broker/agent might feel you will try to buy and then see an area and pass on the property OR you might want to do a ton of research upfront to get acclimated to an area which is understandable.

“House hacking” a 3 bedroom 2 bath house was daunting at first, but also very rewarding.  

Such a great market, high risk, high reward.
