I just finished reading the beginners guide, which I thought was great.I'm looking to learn the ropes and begin investing in real estate.

For buy and hold investors you might want to pick up "The Unofficial Guide To Real Estate Investing" by Strauss, Building Wealth One House At A Time" by Schaub, and "Hold-How TO Find, Buy, and Rent Houses For Wealth" by Chader, Doty, and McKissack.
