Just a reminder but DF does not apply for sales to investors so if you are buying this as an investor then you do not have to use a RMLO.That said, It would be a courtesy to the seller to go through an RMLO so all the data gets collected, that way if they ever want to sell the note they should have a clean package to present any potential buyers.
